pak345 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing the pak345 website at pak345.ws, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pak345 (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pak345 in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. pak345 is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pak345 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. We will request documentary proof of age from any player we have reasonable grounds to suspect may be under 18, and we will restrict or close the account pending verification.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion that would prohibit your use of an online betting service.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, business or organisation when creating an account or placing bets. Each account must be registered in the genuine name of the actual individual using it.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing pak345.

pak345 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one registered account on pak345. Opening duplicate accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being reviewed for irregular activity before potential return.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. pak345 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak345 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pak345 will treat any action taken from your account as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified us that your account has been compromised. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pak345 support immediately at support@pak345.ws.

KYC Verification

pak345 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a photograph. KYC documents must be submitted within 30 days of your first withdrawal request. Accounts that do not complete KYC by this deadline will have withdrawal functionality suspended until documentation is provided.

Deposits

pak345 accepts deposits exclusively via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although very large deposits may trigger additional verification checks under our AML obligations.

Deposits are credited to your pak345 account within seconds for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). IBFT deposits may take up to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. All deposits are received and held in PKR. pak345 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal timelines by account tier are as follows:

pak345 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. pak345 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts. Processing charges imposed by third-party payment providers are borne by pak345 for standard withdrawal amounts.

All bets placed on pak345 are subject to the specific rules of the sport, tournament or game in question, as published in the relevant product section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet slip has been submitted and confirmed by pak345's system, the odds are locked. Subsequent price changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• The minimum bet on all sports and esports markets is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event importance and account tier, and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of selection.
• pak345 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a system error, or bets placed after the relevant event has already begun or concluded where our systems have experienced a data delay.
• Accumulator bets combining multiple selections are settled only once all individual selections have been resolved. If any selection in an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. pak345 accepts no liability for bets placed based on delayed or incorrect data during live events.
• In the event of a match abandonment, suspension or material change to the conditions of an event, pak345 will apply standard industry settlement rules for the specific sport involved. Affected players will be notified via their account notification centre.

pak345 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise in writing:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms, which are published on the promotions page and in the relevant notification sent to the player.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion provides otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new players registering their first account with pak345. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate account constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and review of the account.
• pak345 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus offer at any time. Active bonus funds already credited to a player's account will be honoured under the terms current at the time of crediting, unless fraud or abuse is detected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside the pak345 platform.

pak345's casino and crash game products – including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Plinko, Mines, Limbo and all other titles in the crash games section – operate under the following terms:

• All crash games marked as "Provably Fair" use a cryptographic seed-based RNG system where the round outcome is determined before the round begins, and both the encrypted server seed and the player's client seed are combined to generate the result. The full server seed is published after each round for independent verification.
• Casino games not designated as provably fair use independently audited RNG technology certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories.
• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed within the relevant game information section. RTPs are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific returns in any individual session.

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any software to place bets, access the platform's data, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting integrity violation in connection with events bet upon at pak345.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, latency advantages, or any technical vulnerability in pak345's betting or casino systems.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity. pak345 is required by applicable law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Sharing an account with another person, or allowing another person to use your account to place bets.
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party to fund your pak345 account, or receiving withdrawals to a payment account not in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pak345 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the pak345 platform – including but not limited to the pak345 logo, brand name, website design, user interface, odds compilations, live score data feeds, written content, images and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of pak345 or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit any pak345 content without prior written permission from the Company.

The pak345 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks – including in social media profiles, third-party websites, or printed materials – is an infringement of pak345's trademark rights and will be pursued accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak345 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue or data arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond pak345's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, live scores, statistics or market descriptions.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the pak345 platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

pak345's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim is limited to the net amount deposited by that player into their pak345 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request closure of your pak345 account at any time by contacting support at support@pak345.ws. If your account holds a positive real-money balance at the time of closure, pak345 will return the balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

pak345 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete required verification, or at the direction of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority. Where pak345 closes an account due to the player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal review.

pak345 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak345 will notify registered players via the email address associated with the account, and the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable regulation, pak345 will provide advance notice of changes before they take effect.

Your continued use of pak345 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request closure of your account.
